You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at youtwosenses@gmail.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed instructions, including the return address. Once your return is shipped, send us the tracking number so we can monitor the parcel and process your refund or exchange.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at youtwosenses@gmail.com.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

For EU customers: under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, if the item is in original condition.
